Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
Welcome to Goolgowi Public School, a small rural and remote school located on Wiradjuri lands in the Riverina area of NSW. Although small, we aim high. Our school motto, Ad Astra meaning, ‘to the stars’ underpins all that we do as we encourage students to reach for the stars.
Our dedicated staff is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive academically and socially and together, we foster a love for learning and encourage our students to reach their full potential.
We offer a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment where every student is known by name, valued and cared for. We provide rich learning programs, extracurricular activities, and community events that foster a sense of belonging and a love of learning. We cherish our longstanding relationships with local families and welcome new families to join our school community.
